1. How It Works

Purchases at AMI are paid manually and confirmed by an admin. The process:

Sign up or log in to your account.
Choose a product, then tap Buy now.
Choose a payment method and create your order. You will receive an order number and payment instructions (bank account number, DANA number, or USDT wallet address) on screen and in your account dashboard.
Make the payment for the exact total shown.
Send your proof of payment together with your order number via Facebook message to Mas Irfan Cirebon (see sections 3, 4, and 5).
The admin checks your payment. If it matches, your order status changes to Paid.
Your download link becomes active in your account. For AMI Digital products, add your website domain under the License menu so the admin can issue your license key (maximum 3 domains per purchase).

Order statuses: Awaiting confirmation, Paid, or Rejected. You can check them at any time under the Orders menu.

2. Payment Methods

We accept three payment methods:

1. Bank transfer	Transfer to the AMI bank account in Indonesian Rupiah
2. DANA e-wallet	Send to the AMI DANA number in Indonesian Rupiah
3. USDT	BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network only

Beware of scams. Our official bank account, DANA number, and USDT wallet address are shown only on the instruction screen after you create an order and in your account dashboard.

Do not pay to any number or address sent through private messages, comments, or accounts claiming to be an admin.
Admins never ask for your password, OTP code, or seed phrase (wallet recovery phrase).

3. Bank Transfer

Create an order and choose Bank Transfer.
Transfer the exact total shown to the account in the instructions. Make sure the account holder name matches the one shown.
Keep your proof of transfer (screenshot or photo of the receipt).
Send the proof together with your order number to: Facebook message to Mas Irfan Cirebon.
Wait for the admin's confirmation.

4. DANA E-Wallet

Create an order and choose DANA.
Send the exact total shown to the DANA number in the instructions. Check the recipient's name before confirming.
Take a screenshot of your payment proof showing the amount, date, time, and recipient.
Send the proof together with your order number to: Facebook message to Mas Irfan Cirebon.
Wait for the admin's confirmation.

Any transfer or DANA admin fees are paid by the buyer. Make sure the amount received by AMI equals the order total.

5. USDT (BNB Smart Chain / BEP20 Network)

Crypto payments are fast but cannot be reversed. Please read this whole section before paying.

The three most common mistakes:

The network must be BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Do not choose TRC20 (Tron), ERC20 (Ethereum), Polygon, Solana, or any other network. Funds sent on the wrong network can be lost permanently and we cannot recover them.
The asset must be USDT, not USDC, BUSD, BNB, or any other token.
The amount RECEIVED must be exact. Network fees are paid by the sender, so add the fee on top of the amount. Do not deduct it from the amount.
Send only to the wallet address shown on your order page. Do not send to any other address, including token contract addresses you may find online.

5.1 Before You Pay

Have USDT ready in a wallet or exchange account that you own.
If you send from a personal wallet (Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Binance Web3, etc.), also keep a small amount of BNB in the same wallet to pay the network (gas) fee.
If you send from an exchange (Binance, Indodax, Tokocrypto, etc.), make sure withdrawals to external addresses are enabled and check the withdrawal fee.

5.2 Payment Steps

Create an order and choose USDT (BEP20).
On the instruction screen (and in your dashboard), note three things: the total in USDT, the destination wallet address, and your order number.
Open your wallet or exchange, choose Send / Withdraw, then select the asset USDT.
Select the network BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Some apps label it BSC.
Copy and paste the destination address from your order page. Do not type it by hand. After pasting, compare the first 6 and last 6 characters with the address on your order page.
Enter the amount for your total. Make sure the amount received is not less than the total (add the withdrawal fee if needed).
Double-check the asset (USDT), network (BEP20), address, and amount, then confirm.
Wait for the status Success / Completed. On BNB Smart Chain this usually takes only a few minutes.
Get your TXID (see 5.3), then send your proof to the admin (see 5.4).

5.3 How to Get Your TXID and BscScan Link

Open the transaction history in your wallet or exchange and select the USDT transaction you just made.
Copy the TXID / Transaction Hash / Tx Hash. It starts with 0x and is 66 characters long.
If there is a View on Explorer / View on BscScan button, tap it to open the transaction page and copy its link. Or go to bscscan.com and paste the TXID into the search box.
Make sure the BscScan page shows the status Success.

Can't find the TXID on an exchange? For completed withdrawals, the TXID usually appears in the withdrawal history details. If it still says Processing, wait until it finishes.

5.4 Proof You MUST Send

Send all of the following via Facebook message to Mas Irfan Cirebon:

2. TXID	Transaction code starting with `0x`. This is the main proof
3. BscScan link	Example format: `https://bscscan.com/tx/0x...`
4. Transaction screenshot	Showing the amount, network, destination address, date, time, and Success status
5. Sender wallet address	The address the funds came from (your wallet or exchange account)
6. USDT amount sent	The amount you sent and the name of the product you bought

A message template you can copy:

Order number: ... Name: ... Email: ... Product: ... Method: USDT BEP20 Amount: ... USDT Date and time of payment: ... TXID: 0x... BscScan link: https://bscscan.com/tx/0x... Sender wallet address: 0x...

Also attach a screenshot of the transaction. A screenshot alone is not enough because it can easily be edited. The TXID and BscScan link let the admin verify your payment directly on the blockchain.

5.5 What the Admin Checks

Your order becomes Paid once the admin confirms on BscScan that the transaction meets all of these points:

The transaction status is Success (not Pending or Failed).
The network is BNB Smart Chain.
The token is genuine USDT, not a fake token named USDT.
The recipient is the AMI wallet address shown on your order.
The amount received is equal to or greater than the order total.
The transaction time matches your order.

Your product is delivered after the funds have actually arrived in the AMI wallet and been verified.

5.6 Important Rules

Underpayment: the order cannot be processed. You can pay the shortfall with an additional transfer (send the new TXID together with the same order number).
Overpayment: the excess is returned in USDT BEP20 to the sender's address after deducting the network fee, or converted to credit under the applicable policy.
Wrong network or wrong address: contact the admin immediately with your TXID. Funds sent to a network or address other than the one shown may not be recoverable and are not AMI's responsibility.
No cancellations for USDT that was sent correctly. Refunds are made only if the error is on AMI's side, sent back to the original sender address minus the network fee.
Use your own wallet or account. Do not pay through third parties you do not know.

6. After Payment

The admin reviews payments during service hours. Once the status is Paid, the Download button appears under the Orders and License menus. If your order is Rejected, ask the admin for the reason. You can then place a new order.

7. Frequently Asked Questions

How long does confirmation take? Usually within the admin's service hours. Send complete proof of payment with your order number to speed things up.

I sent USDT on the wrong network. What now? Contact the admin immediately with your TXID. Funds on an unsupported network may not be recoverable.

Can I pay with USDT on TRC20 or ERC20? No. Only BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) is accepted.

Is proof of payment alone enough? For bank transfers and DANA, the admin matches your proof against the account records. For USDT, the TXID and BscScan link are required.
